Monster Project

plan:
starting with the drawing my kid gave me, i made a head and a body
then i started to hollow it out and ad details.
lastly i painted based off the drawing
reflection: i really like how it turned out, if i were to do it again, i would make the blues darker and more vivid. additionally i would put more than one coat. i didnt realize you want more coats.

Series of 4

plan: using a slump mold i will make 4 bowls
after firing once i put glaze on
reflection: i live how they turned out, however if i could do it again i would choose colors that are a touch less vibrant.

lidded box

plan: using a box i will cut out squares and attach them together to make a box
then i will cut out shape of the bottom of the box with 2 cm on every side and put them on top
reflection: i tried 3 times to make the lid however after the first time the bottom was completely dry making it impossible to get the lid to stay, as the lid would dry and shrink but the box would stay the same. i was unable to change the outcome unfortunately
