1. get a lot of clay
2. start with shoulders and neck and build up a head shape
3. add facial details
4. hollow out head
reflection:
i really like how the bust came out, if i were to do it again i would spend more time on features.

Modern Art/ wall hanging

plan:
find modern art and figure out ways to recreate.
poke hole in top and hang
reflection:
i would use a different shade for the skin and not make the black a lighter shade.

pueblo style coil sculpture

plan:
find a coil pot and try to recreate starting with a pinch pot
reflection:
i would have wanted to fire it if it was more structurally in tact. i like the concept but not the execution.

i like the details but i wish i didnt put them on, i think that it wont age as well as i would like, however for now im happy.
